Parts that pass
first-article inspection — every time.
Quality isn't a department at Huasheng — it's the reason Japanese OEMs have kept sending orders to us for 15 years. Here's exactly how every part shipped is a part that works.

The tools we measure with.
Non-contact 3D coordinate measurement for complex geometries. Ideal for medical and consumer electronics components with free-form surfaces.
Contact probe CMM for high-accuracy dimensional verification. Used for automotive brackets, precision shafts, and fixtures.
Profile verification for flat parts, threads, and silhouette-critical features.
Ra measurement from 0.4 μm mirror finish to 12.5 μm rough machining.
Mitutoyo digital calipers (0.01 mm), micrometers (0.001 mm) for in-process operator checks.
Rockwell and Vickers testers for heat-treated steel, anodize layer hardness verification.
What happens before your parts ship.
- 01First Article Inspection (FAI)
For every new part number, we produce a First Article and measure every callout on your drawing. Full dimensional report issued before we release the production batch.
- 02In-Process Inspection
Every 10–50 pieces (depending on AQL plan), an operator samples a part and verifies critical dimensions on the shop-floor CMM. Out-of-tolerance triggers an immediate machine stop.
- 03Final Inspection
Before packing, 100% of critical dimensions measured on CMM for tight-tolerance parts. Visual inspection under controlled lighting for cosmetic surfaces.
- 04Material Verification
Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) available for all metals on request. We verify material on receipt against certs before releasing to machining.
- 05Documentation
FAI report + material cert + Certificate of Conformance (COC) shipped with every order. PPAP package available for automotive customers on request.
